We see diverse class of writers in our times as I have listed them mentioning few of them, Poetry, Novel or Fiction, and Non fiction writers. The poetry writers are the most description that I would like to say something about at this moment.
These writers of the poetry type can be categorized into rhyme poets, musical poets, in the world of poetry with music. Poetry with music is a sort of piece that is mixture of using a lyrical sounding rhymes and a music composition that accompanies parallel ways to make it like a demo music and poetry. This work can be converted into a modern commercial album recording. All it takes is at least few or one instrument, rhymes, and studio arrangement. The poetry which is typically written rhythmic rhymes are made by recitation adding some pitched music to the traditional aspects we know.
Writers turn to be writers for some personal or social influence in their back ground. We can give instances on independence and freedom writers, romance and love writers, patriotism and nationalistic writers, and harmony and peace writers. A person who writes about freedom basically is somehow crying for liberty and liberty though nobody is watching and hearing his cries. When somebody is writing about love or ex-lover, he or she is either hungry for affection that they do not have at that moment, and fondness they lost for some reason. So they are dreaming for it to come again. Those ones, who do like having ceremony in remembrance of their martyrs, mostly would write patriotically in order to keep their national pride or to stir nationalism for they had lost at the frontlines or battle field.
The most liberal country for writers including civil liberty in the world is Berkley, California followed by Europe; nevertheless, not all countries in EU zone. Lebanon is the most liberal Arab state followed by Jordan, Turkey, and more for all writer artists in the Middle East and in the Muslim World. That is why most of Arab production as well as publishing work are broadcasted from there.
Jeddah and Vatican are actually in record of the most conservative cities in the world though have a difference when it comes to writers. What happens in Jeddah probably will not happen in Vatican or Kansas. Because the Catholic law and the Sheriah law differ enormously; they are only conservative on their own terms of interpretation. There are however unstated statistics if you look at East to West and vice-versa. What I have said is not based on politics, but public votes likewise art arena.
Writing poetry and writing it with music are both strong expression only when you can speak it up without borders. The only slight difference is that music buzzes an extra power when you fortunately do well. So poet-musician, the next time you decide scratch few line rhymes, call a freelance musician who will create your music, your stanza and your chores for no charge otherwise, you can go to Florence or Venezia where you will see friendly artists who play music-poetry for fun on the streets of Italy.

SUBJECT OF ONENESS AND UNITY
Despite my planned visit was about ten miles away where two buses were requiring me to be there at their services on time, I got there very late. Far from what my guess seemed in my memoir. I had no choice but change directions to a nearer distance; consequently, it happened to me where I decided to stop by was a church that emblems Unity and Oneness.
Then the only opportunity I faced was, to get into the visitor’s room and met a couple, two ladies, and two men including me, six people all in all having a conversation with the guest coordinator among us. Many things were in the discussion besides each person short introduction followed by questions and answers. Shortly after that meeting, I went into a Pyramid shaped built theatre hall as a lady named Mrs. Foralyn told us that there is a film on- that Sunday. This is where the whole graphic expression, laughter, admiration for intellectuals as well as religious leaders from all most all major denominations came out to be interviewed allowing themselves to be broadcasted worldwide. They had nearly twenty questions in that documentary movie. Let me give you few of them on my own words that arose worldwide confusion, emotions, spirits, perceptions and understanding. 1. What is God? 2. What is the meaning of life? 3. Where would you go after you die? 4. What would be your wish if you had the chance to wish for the world or for humanity?
Actually, one person described how we see the world surfacing on from the Moon. He said that it looks like a one globe, no more than one. He continued saying that we do not see all different kind of people, animals, land and sea trees and mountains separately. As matter fact, this is just like we can not see and identify some of the stars that are located far from the earth; even using the most sophisticated astronomical technologies we use to discover anything that has not been seen. For this reason scientist are finding a lot of new things, yet they do not know where the end of their discovery is till to date the same thing chemist, biologists or environmentalists, inventors do. The way we see oneness of this globe, the same they mentioned that there is the Other who can look over the Universe as one. But we can not see it that way, like I said we have not mastered the infinity. So the universe in other ways is the infinity the mankind has been trying to reach and still not been able to find and conclude where the destination of our hard working inventive attempts.
Oneness is being one part coming from other parts, and Unity is being unified instead of dividing each other. The very tricky and realistic question that came to my mind was this: do all this intellectuals and theologians, philosophers, writers, inventors live on what they Say? Some of them said that I will find the meaning in the way I live after leaving this moment. If these glorified, precious faithful and wise men were to live the same way they spoke, what would the Middle East situation look like? What India and Pakistan, Sudan within itself, China around that tiny Island, Iraq all the way to Libya would look like? What would Somalia’s displaced millions refugees, North Korea and South Korea, Eritrea and Ethiopia, the Apartheid Eras, Vietnam, countries in Latin America from Mexico up to Brazil, the soaring exiled population of Kosovo and Bosnia Herzegovina, Ireland, Afghanistan, all the Continents, what would the world of today look like??? My position is not whether I agree with them or disagree, but obviously people are needed to contribute my peer’s part if they are not awake for the change even though they are hungry for it. Reminding them the right to press is very important so we do not become the victims of what is happening and what is coming. It has been known and heard in the past that they had tried at least one time or twice to bring groups faith together. But what is stopping them or holding them from getting to the point of an everlasting agreement? One person who is famously outspoken, said there are those people who do not smoke, they do not drink or do any drugs, but the worst comes out of their mouth in a form of invisible destructive power.
I heard one of the catholic monks saying, “We are capital O, but the problem is how to become One with the Other.” As he stated, our journey is to be on that side of the Almighty super natural power; therefore, other O plus us O is equal all in one. This might seem simple mathematical calculation adding up more over this living art with science combination. The quantum theory has been applied before our chemist had the success drafting his own law. It does not happen here comparing what we see. Some helpful things to attain this rough invisible chained system is by treating each other with justice and dignity, loving, caring as well as merciful forgiveness.
I wish the idea of Oneness that leads into and Unity was up to me, being given the anointed commander, all these centuries that gone behind us would not have taken place as they did with our honored intellectuals. When we are trying harder to see an unknown’s most secrecy, nobody got assured how, through which door our last hour of struggle for this discovery will be. Your turn is to show me how to figure that way out. We should learn each person to another. May be this is the meaning of Life.

FITNESS CAUSES WELLNESS
Facilitating our blood circulation gets enhanced better to prevent disease than finding the treatment after it happens. Average Fitness is good and important to a track of wellness since it helps a lot to get us refreshed staying cool physically plus mentally.
There are many ways to a greater fitness accomplishment. Wellness can be achieved by simple mode. Such as, eating the right diet, jogging for few minutes a day, if walk as much as we can rather than driving two or three block where the convenient wine coolers, and potato chips are sold for eventual build up of fitness wellness causes.
One of my doctors told me that she can give me general examination for hundred dollars special price of the week when I only went to get my Hepatitis B vaccine. She said, “I can give you general examination for hundred dollar cash payment.” My answer was I wish I could have been checked today. I told her it has been four to five years since I had a check up. Then I told her, right now I am not working, but once I get back to work, I will remember that good deal price you have. Here, do not forget here somebody living in America without job and health insurance just like many unfortunate people. I did let her know that luckily I am healthy, otherwise, I can’t afford it. . She was trying to be nice to me and giving me a discounted price knowing that I don’t have health insurance coverage since I have been unemployed. It looks like she assumed I am a poor guy with nothing. It is correct I have nothing in terms of money and wealth. But I am strongly gifted and healthy guy. That is right a poor guy with nothing!
One of my reasons is to show you how you can stay healthily fit with less expense as I am. Do I need to go back to that doctor again? Thank God.No.No.No, I don’t need that. Why? Because I am fit and healthy who exceeds most people of similar level. Per haps you heard that saying, those people who go for doctor treatment either major or minor related problems, they get better, but do not recover fully. So in the process of life, they might end up going back there. We do know for how long; nevertheless, that is an opening of the door between the doctor, the patient and the health business. By the way, doctors, always want their patient visit again and again, except few of them. I can take Dr. Alb Rienzi as a very unforgettable example, the renowned Italian Doctor from Bologna, Italy who exists ever. We will talk about her later.
A little bit of non-impact intensity exercise program are mostly for people with coronary artery disease, hypertension, stroke, peripheral, vascular disease, diabetes, asthma, bronchitis, emphysema, osteoporosis, low-back pain, arthritis, older adults weight management, children, and pregnancy. Wellness is the result of being well; therefore, it is a clear stress free reaction of fitness. We do workout, which is called fitness, consequently, we feel good and energetic which is health and wellness. It can have a lot of effect on the things we do daily making us successfully happy. In order to attain that stage of being achiever, proper exercise and watching our diet are important steps. We need to identify special needs and health concerns of a person to effectively address it. So these changes in our health status as they occur enhance a better wellness progress.
